Cooperation in Graduate Education
Since our institute offers no particular specialty courses for university students, the institute participates in education of each department of the Graduate School of Engineering as a cooperating chair, providing research guidance and lectures to postgraduate (and undergraduate) students.
The majors that the institute cooperates with are diverse：manufacturing science, mechanical engineering, materials science, naval engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering, etc. Our research institute is in charge of academic and research activities in the specialized field of each department, welding and joining science, and other related research areas.
