High temperature laser microscope system

Description : 
This system consists of confocal-laser microscope and an infrared heating furnace.
The microstructure evolution during heating and cooling can be observed under the same resolution as an optical microscope since the system is designed only reflected focused-laser
can pass through the pinhole installed in front of the CCD.
Flame rate: 30 fps, Sample holder: High purity alumina, Temperature controll: R-type thermocouple, Atmosphere: high purity Ar or He (atmospheric pressure)
